At Har Ghar Shiv, all Shivling and Puja-related products are spiritual and religious items.
Due to hygiene, sanctity, and religious sensitivity, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement
A replacement or refund may be provided only if:
* The product received is damaged or broken
* Wrong product was delivered
* Any item is missing from the package
Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof.
Important Conditions
* Unboxing video is mandatory for any claim.
* Products that have been used, installed, worshipped, or exposed to water/oil/incense cannot be returned.
* Natural variations in color, texture, shape, or stone pattern are normal because Narmadeshwar Shivlings are natural stones.
* Customized or special sets (including 21 Shivling Sets) are generally Non-Returnable.
Refund Process
If the claim is approved:
* Replacement will be provided
or
* Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
